Gao Guanghui, commander of a group army under the Shenyang Military Area Command (MAC) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), will soon bring his six proposals after his repeated surveys and revisions to the First Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) to be held in Beijing.

"It is not only an honor, but also a responsibility for me to be a NPC deputy," said Gao Guanghui.
