38-year-old Shi Zhengyang, who is an account director with a communications company in Shanghai, has a pace of work that others could hardly imagine: communicating with six to seven clients per day, dashing for 10 conferences and often stays till midnight when rushing to meet the project deadline. "You cannot rest for a moment while you're watched by your company and expected by your team," Shi said frankly.
