A Chinese man is found with over $74,000 in cash tied to his waist on Friday at the Chinese Customs in Shenzhen, south China’s Guangdong province. The middle-aged man who wore a jacket on a hot summer day was spotted walking in a weird way at 5 a.m. on Friday. The sentry on guard then discovered the cash after inspection and the man could not identify its source. China demands a certificate issued by the administrations of foreign exchange and the Customs for one to carry over $10,000 in cash to enter China. Travelers are allowed to carry less than $5,000 in cash, and if the amount of cash exceeds $5,000, one will have to declare to the Customs. (Photo/People’s Daily Online)
